Maze Advocacy - your rights, your voice

I feel bombarded at meetings – it is better with my advocate ….she can put my views across to everyone and they listen to what I want.

How about getting an advocate

How to get an advocate

An advocate will make sure people listen to you, tell you what your rights and choices are and help you decide what you want to happen next. They can help you by email, over the phone or by meeting you face-to-face.

Christmas Opening Hours: If you contact us between December 23rd and January 4th we may not be able to respond until January 5th. Thankyou for waiting.

What to do if you would like some help:

1: Tell us your name (or a name you would like to use)

2: Tell us how you would like us to contact you

This can be an email or a phone number. Whatever you feel ok with. We won’t share it with anyone. Click here for more info on your confidentiality.

3: Tell us something about what the problem is

We work at your speed, so it’s up to you what you say and how much. If you can, please tell us how you would like things to be different.

4: Click send

If we get your message between 9-5 Monday to Friday we should be able to get back to you pretty quickly (within 24 hours). If it’s an evening or weekend then it won’t be until the next working day.
